1. Service Overview

TrackTrove.ai is an online platform connecting composers with production music labels. We provide tools for uploading, discovering, and matching tracks, using AI to improve search and recommendations.

We do not license or sell music. Any agreements between composers and labels take place outside the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TrackTrove.ai.

By registering, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You agree not to share your login or allow others to access your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use TrackTrove.ai only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Upload or share material you don't own or have rights to, including AI-generated music
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Interfere with system security or integrity
• Use automated scraping or data-mining tools

We may suspend or delete content that violates these rules.

5. Uploaded Content

You retain full ownership of all music, metadata, and other materials you upload.

By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the platform.

We do not claim rights to commercially exploit your works or train AI systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All TrackTrove.ai trademarks, branding, AI tools, and platform features are owned by Production Music Incorporated s.r.o.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of our platform.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

TrackTrove.ai may offer paid features or subscriptions.

• Fees and billing terms will be displayed before purchase.
• Payments will be handled through third-party providers once implemented.
• All amounts are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Communications

We may send you service-related messages (e.g., account, security, or updates).

Marketing or newsletter emails will only be sent if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

Upon termination, your stored content and data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability and Warranties

TrackTrove.ai is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We make no guarantees about uninterrupted service, accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations; in those cases, statutory rights apply.

11. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.

12. Third-Party Links

Our platform may link to third-party websites or integrations. We are not responsible for their content, privacy, or actions.

All disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Czech Republic.
